This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, online stores, forms, membership programs, submissions, booking pathways, communications, and digital services operated by NVCreations, LLC, doing business as Red Dirt & Road Sodas (“RD&RS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This includes services available through RedDirtAndRoadSodas.com, rd-rs.com, and other RD&RS pages or forms that link to this Policy.
This Policy does not control the independent privacy practices of Shopify, Google, Klaviyo, Spotify, Apple, Bandsintown, Band2G, Playola, social networks, payment processors, or other third-party services.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. RD&RS does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

Public and third-party information
We may collect publicly available or authorized information from music platforms, artist websites, venue websites, podcast platforms, event services, social media, ecommerce stores, partners, and other public sources to create or maintain RD&RS listings and profiles.
Please do not submit government identification numbers, account passwords, complete payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a legitimate purpose.
How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, personalize, and improve RD&RS
- Process purchases, memberships, and fulfillment
- Review and administer artist, fan, venue, and podcast memberships
- Build and maintain profiles, directories, playlists, stories, maps, and marketplace listings
- Respond to inquiries, submissions, booking requests, and support needs
- Coordinate approved referrals, trials, integrations, services, and membership benefits
- Deliver newsletters, updates, offers, and community communications
- Analyze site performance, usage, audience interests, and technical issues

Public Profiles and Submissions
RD&RS is a public-facing music, culture, community, and discovery platform. Information submitted for an artist, venue, podcast, product, release, story, playlist, event, or public profile may be displayed publicly.
Public information may include names, photos, biographies, social links, streaming links, websites, merchandise, calendars, contact channels intended for business use, and other promotional information.
Do not submit personal information that you do not want made public. You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to provide information about another person, business, artist, band, venue, or podcast.
You may request correction or removal of eligible profile information by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, transaction records, legal records, or archived materials where retention is reasonably necessary.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain memberships and profiles, complete transactions, administer partner benefits, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and satisfy legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, security needs, and whether information is part of a public profile or completed transaction.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online transmission, platform, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Communication choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe or preference-management link included in the email. We may still send transactional, membership, purchase, service, or legally required communications.

Information you choose to make public through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandsintown, social media, ecommerce stores, websites, or similar services may remain available through those services even if it is removed from RD&RS.

We may update this Privacy Policy as RD&RS evolves, our practices change, or legal requirements are updated.
The revised Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of RD&RS after an updated Policy becomes effective means the updated Policy will govern information collected after that date, subject to applicable law.
