I’ve always liked the sound of the work tapes better than I liked the studio recordings. My latest album, Live a Song, Write a Memory Vol 1. is pullin’ back the curtain on songwriting and taking y’all to my songs’ truest form. It’s just me, a guitar, and some stories. I’ve wanted to do this a long time, and a lot of y’all asked for this kind of album over the years. It’s what I feel the most comfortable doing. It‘s what I’ve always done.
